At CALVIREX, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Item is in original packaging
• Item remains unused and in resalable condition
• All original labels and tags are intact

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
